What types of warehouse storage solutions do you offer?
We offer plastic stackable pick boxes, plastic totes, and pallet sleeves for bulk handling and storage.
Do you provide custom warehouse design services?

Are other colour bins available?
In our core range that we hold stock of we only offer them in white. We can offer a variety of colours for any custom orders that meet the MOQ. For more details, contact our team at sales@warehousemate.com.au.
Can I pick up the product from the warehouse?
Yes, you can pick up your order directly from our warehouse at Unit 4, 38 Raymond Ave, Matraville NSW 2036, Australia. For more details, contact our team at sales@warehousemate.com.au.
Do I need to be a business to order?
At Warehouse Mate, anyone can order. Whether you're just starting, an established business, or simply need boxes for personal use, you can order through us.
What is your delivery time?
For any stock orders we can dispatch within 2 days. For custom orders the lead time will be a little longer, get in touch with our team and we will find the best solution for your business.
Do you provide samples?
For a small fee yes, we provide samples upon request.
What payments do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
Do you accept returns/refunds for a change of mind?
We do not accept refunds/returns for change of mind purposes. We encourage customers to obtain a sample of their products before purchase to ensure satisfaction.
What if the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered?
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, please get in touch so we can help resolve the problem. Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty or the products delivered do not match your order. All claims for faulty or incorrectly delivered items must be received within 21 days from the date of dispatch.
